About Vanilla Caviar
Vanilla Caviar, also known as vanilla powder or vanilla bean powder, is the purest and most luxurious form of vanilla available. Made from premium whole vanilla beans that are carefully ground into an ultra-fine powder, this product retains all the aromatic compounds and natural oils of the vanilla pod.
Production Process
Our vanilla caviar comes from hand-pollinated vanilla orchids (Vanilla planifolia) grown in sustainable plantations. The beans undergo a meticulous 6-month curing process that includes blanching, sweating, drying, and conditioning. Only the finest grade A beans are selected for powder production, which are then stone-ground at low temperatures to preserve volatile compounds.
Culinary Uses
This 100% pure vanilla powder dissolves instantly in both hot and cold preparations, making it ideal for:
- Baked goods (cakes, cookies, pastries)
- Desserts (ice cream, custards, mousses)
- Beverages (coffee, hot chocolate, cocktails)
- Savory dishes (sauces, marinades, rubs)
- Chocolate making and confectionery

Why It’s Expensive
Vanilla caviar commands premium prices due to:
- Labor-intensive cultivation (hand pollination required)
- Lengthy curing process (6-9 months per batch)
- Low yield (about 500g of powder per 1kg of premium beans)
